Mr. Gresham Cookeasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he is aware of the diversion of trade which has taken place from the unregistered retail stationer because of the Purchase Tax-free authorisation recently given to hospital authorities under the National Health Service; and what consultations he has had with the Stationers' Association of Great Britain in this matter.
