65. Mr. Osborne

asked the President of the Board of Trade if he will publish as a White Paper the Canadian Trade Mission's report which describes the British recovery in spite of the difficulties that followed the war, the productive achievements of United Kingdom industry, and the expanding Canadian markets for British exports.

Mr. Vaughan-Morgan

This will not be necessary. The Report has been printed in Canada and the Dollar Sterling Trade Council are supplying several thousand copies to the Dollar Exports Council for free distribution to industry in this country. The printed copies are expected to arrive by the middle of May.

In the meantime, I am arranging for duplicated copies of the Report to be placed in the Library.
