§ Mr. Knox Cunninghamasked the Minister of Works whether, since the Carey Street, West, automatic electric lift in the Royal Courts of Justice has only failed twice since it was installed, he will state the reason for a service suspended notice having been exhibited on the lift during the day on a number of occasions; and if, in the circumstances, he will consider entering into a contract with the makers of the lift for its servicing by them.

§ Mr. MolsonThis notice is exhibited whenever routine maintenance work is being done to the lift by Ministry of Works engineers. There is no need to enter into a servicing contract with the lift makers.
