§ 106. Mr. Jannerasked the President of the Board of Trade when it is proposed to set up a Performing Right Tribunal provided for under the Copyright Act, 97W 1956, and to bring Part IV of that Act into force.
§ Mr. Vaughan-MorganThis Tribunal was appointed last May. As my hon. Friend, the Parliamentary Secretary told the House on 17th May, the whole of the Copyright Act, 1956, came into operation on 1st June of this year.
