§ Mr. ProfumoIn April this year the High Commissioner for the Western Pacific, under whose administration Christmas Island falls, temporarily prohibited flying by unauthorised aircraft over Christmas Island and its territorial waters. This prohibition was made in connection with the United Kingdom's nuclear tests in that area and terminated on the 1st August. It will be re-introduced when further tests are held.
