§ Mr. Stonehouseasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what proportion of the funds allocated for the first nine months of 1957 for building plans in the towns of Ndola, Kitwe, Lusaka, Mufulira, 143W Luanshya and Chingola, will be spent on multi-racial residential estates, African residential estates, European residential estates, and commercial or other buildings, respectively.
