§ Mr. Ormsby-GoreSo far as I am aware, Egypt has not since April refused passage to any ships, though I understand that, since my hon. and gallant Friend put down his Question, one vesel has been detained in Port Said for technical reasons. We do not yet know whether it will be allowed to proceed.
