asked the Under-Secretary of State for Commonwealth Relations whether the Commonwealth Economic Committee's inquiry into the natural resources and development potential of the Commonwealth has now been completed.

I understand that, in order to expedite the production of its Report on Commonwealth Raw Materials, the Committee has decided to prepare it in two volumes, The draft of the first volume has been completed. After it has been finally considered by the Committee it will be sent by it, in accordance with established practice, to all Commonwealth Governments for their consideration and for their agreement to publication.
