§ Mr. WatkinsonThe estimates of traffic were based on surveys by the Road Research Laboratory at Hyde Park Corner and Marble Arch and at Grosvenor and Stanhope Gates in Park Lane, as well as on traffic counts made by the Metropolitan Police in 1954 and 1956. The calculations on the various traffic schemes considered are not in a convenient form for publication.
