81. Mrs. Whiteasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what steps have been taken to carry out the suggestions concerning detention camps in Kenya made by the visiting mission of the International Committee of the Red Cross.
§ Mr. ProfumoThe Kenya Government have already put into effect most of the changes in detention camp organisation suggested by the visiting delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross and intend to make some other recommended changes when conditions allow.
