§ Mr. Ian HarveyI assume the hon. Member is referring to the award by the International Court of Justice in 1949 of damages against Albania to the United Kingdom in respect of the Corfu Channel incident of 1946. No progress has been made in inducing the Albanian Government to pay the damages awarded by the judgment of the International Court.
