§ Mr. F. Noel-Bakerasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what reply he sent to the memorandum addressed to him on 27th February by members of the Nicosia Bar asking for the early appointment of a Parliamentary Committee to investigate allegations of ill-treatment of Cypriots in Cyprus.
