Mr. Allaun

asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies on what grounds a passport has been refused to Mr. Neville Augustus Warren, of Jamaica; and if he is aware that Mr. Warren has twice been fined, but has not served any term of imprisonment.

Mr. Lennox-Boyd

The Governor's Deputy, Jamaica, informs me that Mr. Warren has not been refused a passport, but received one on 13th February.
