§ Sir E. BoyleThe concession referred to by the hon. Member will have no effect on accommodation this year, but I understand that only a handful of children are out of school in Essex for lack of school places. All these will be admitted to school at the beginning of the term after they reach the age of five. Essex is one of the areas which my noble Friend hopes will benefit as a result of the recently announced scheme for the redistribution of teachers. The scheme makes no distinction between men and women teachers.
