§ Mr. ProfumoThe British Guiana Government have appointed British West Indian Airways to act as their managing agents and advisers in the operation and development of the air services in the Colony. Owing to delay in the conclusion of the agreement with B.W.I.A. for this purpose that company has not yet assumed responsibility for the management of British Guiana Airways but is expected to do so in the near future. It will be required to make recommendations for the future operation and development of the air services of the Colony after it has had a year's experience of their operation.
