Mr. F. Noel-Baker

asked the Secretary of State for War if he will instruct the officer in charge, R.A.P. C. Records, to return to Mr. F. Halliday, of 96, Graham Street, Swindon, formerly 1061096 Corporal F. Halliday, R.A.P.C., his A.F.B. 108, which he surrendered on 20th August, 1939, and which he requires for obtaining civilian employment.
