§ Sir I. Fraser
asked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Education what progress has been made in staggering children's holidays, so as to ease the strain on holiday resorts.
§ Sir E. Boyle

But with the educational year beginning in the autumn and with most of the principal examinations held in the summer the scope for staggering school holidays is limited.
