§ 69. Mr. Elwyn Jonesasked the Minister of Health whether under his Regulations work-people who break, at work, spectacles or dentures obtained through the National Health Service, are entitled to have them replaced free of charge, and in what circumstances.
§ Mr. Vaughan-MorganDentures obtained through the National Health Service may be replaced without charge, and spectacles on payment of the cost of the frame only, provided the need does not arise from lack of care on the part of the patient. This applies whether the damage occurred at work or elsewhere.
