§ Mr. WatkinsonI assume the hon. Member is referring to the services which the operators of the existing Colonial Coach services to Africa will be permitted to operate under the new arrangements which I announced on 26th June in reply to a Question by my hon. Friend the Member for Macclesfield (Sir A. V. Harvey). It is intended that these services will, like other scheduled services provided by independent companies, be operated under Associate arrangements approved by me under Section 15 of the Air Corporations Act. 1949.
