§ 62. Mr. Hastingsasked the Minister of Health whether, in suitable cases, he will make available power-assisted wheelchairs to be used by those responsible for the care of physically handicapped children and adults who are incapable themselves of making use of powered vehicles.
§ Mr. Vaughan-MorganArrangements are already made to supply power-assisted wheel-chairs in special circumstances where a very severely disabled person is unable to control a power-propelled tricycle and his usual attendant is unable to push an ordinary chair.
