asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies if he will invite representatives of the International Red Cross to visit Cyprus prisons and detention camps, examine the political prisoners, and make a report.

Mr. Profumo

A representative of the International Red Cross has already made two visits to the prison and detention camps. I should certainly have no objection to another visit.
