§ Mr. Simmonsasked the Minister of Health if he will state the date on which his Department first agreed to the principle of replacement of cars issued to seriously disabled war pensioners when the cars reached a state beyond economical repair and maintenance; when the first replacements are likely to commence; and whether the men whose cars are now beyond repair and who accept his Department's offer of a singleseater motor tricycle in lieu will receive 214W early consideration for the issue of a new car when the replacement issue commences.
