§ Mr. H. BrookeYes. This is wholly a matter for the London County Council, who own these flats; but inquiries have 43W been made of them and I understand that successful remedial measures have already been taken in respect of most of the flats and that, given co-operation on the part of the tenants concerned, treatment of the remaining few should be completed at an early date.
