Mr. Brockway

asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies if he will place a copy of the Report of Sir Colin Campbell on the Administration of the Nairobi City Council in the Library.

Mr. Lennox-Boyd

This Report was not made to the Kenya Government but to the Nairobi City Council. By their courtesy I have now arranged to place a copy in the Library.
