§ Mr. PowellAll Ministers, including the Prime Minister, are provided with the staff and facilities mentioned in the hon. Member's Question for the discharge of their normal Ministerial duties. In addition the Prime Minister has part of his statutory salary relieved from tax to enable him to discharge the special public duties inseparable from his office.
