§ 76. Mr. Woodburnasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he is 36W aware of a recent case of a conviction for failure to license the possession of a dog in temporary custody although the owner had a licence; and whether he will introduce such legislation as will protect those responsible for boarding kennels, dog homes and hospitals, dog shows, etc., from the necessity of obtaining licences for dogs temporarily in their care.
