§ 96 and 97. Mr. Ernest Daviesasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) if he will state the number of prosecutions and convictions, respectively, of vendors of motor fuel for attempting to obtain payment for motor fuel in excess of the amount supplied during each of the years 1955, 1956 and 1957; and
(2) if he will state the number of prosecutions and convictions respectively, of drivers of vehicles for defrauding their employers in connection with the purchase or consumption of motor fuel in each of the years 1955, 1956 and 1957.
