The Secretary of State for Scotland and my right hon. Friend have decided to appoint an Advisory Council on Rabbit Clearance to keep the problem in all its aspects under review. My noble Friend Lord St. Aldwyn will act as Chairman of the new Council, and the names of the other members will be announced as soon as possible.
