§ Mr. Mulleyasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food whether, having regard to the present review of State scholarships and the survey of student expenditure submitted to him by the National Union of Students, he will review the value of his Department's scholarships; and whether he will also include in his Department's scholarship regulations provision for dependants' allowances similar to that included in State scholarship regulations.
