§ Mr. Wilkinsasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government what action he has taken, or proposes to take, to encourage the implementation of Resolution No. 140, passed by the Consultative Assembly of the Council of Europe at its October sitting, calling upon every European municipality to give the name Europe to some public square, thoroughfare or building.
