Hyndasked the Minister of Defence whether the undertakings previously given to Her Majesty's Government by the United States Government 54W that United States nuclear bombers based in the United Kingdom will not be used, except with the agreement of Her Majesty's Government, are still valid, in view of the official announcement of Mr. Dulles on 19th November, 1957, that future action by the United States forces could not be subject to a veto by any foreign country.
