asked the Minister of Housing and Local Government (1) how many of the development plans which have been submitted to him in accordance with Part II of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1947, from planning authorities in Wales and Monmouthshire have been approved; and how many are awaiting approval;

(2) how many development plans have been submitted to him in accordance with Part II of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1947, from planning authorities in Wales and Monmouthshire.

Eighteen development plans have been submitted by local planning authorities in Wales and Monmouthshire. Seven have been approved and eleven are awaiting approval.
