§ Mr. WatkinsonOf the twenty-two schemes listed, ten have been completed, five are in progress and seven have not yet started. Delays are for various technical and procedural reasons which are in course of being cleared.

§ Mr. WatkinsonWork on all but twelve of the thirty-five schemes listed is now started. The reasons for delay in these were mainly procedural, but they are being pressed on urgently.
