§ Mr. Vaughan-MorganI regret that information in the form asked for is not available but 238 certified mentally defective children under two years of age were admitted to hospital from 1st January, 1950, to 31st December, 1954, either under Section 3 or Section 6 of the Mental Deficiency Act, 1913.
