Mr. AmoryYes. It is proposed that the provision whereby farmers must seek permission before directly reseeding their land to grass shall be abolished. In addition, we are proposing that the qualifying date for the ploughing up of old grass which qualifies for the grant of£12 per acre shall be advanced from 4th May, 1939. to 1st June. 1946.
