§ Mr. WatkinsonI am at the moment consulting interested parties about the regulations to be made under Section 42 of the Road Traffic Act, 1956, prescribing standards for protective helmets for motor-cyclists. My present advice to motor-cyclists is to wear helmets bearing the British Standards Institution "Kite" mark.
