§ Mr. F. MacleanSuch facilities were already available in existing units and reservists have made full use of them. Additional welfare funds have been provided to allow for increased numbers. Newly formed units have received welfare grants, and special attention has been given to providing them with opportunities for sport, education and entertainment in areas where these were not already available.
