§ Wing Commander Bullusasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will issue a more modern type of badge to the licensed taxi-drivers in the Metropolitan area in place of the large and unsightly metal plate which they are at present compelled to wear.
§ Major Lloyd-GeorgeI admit that the present design of badge has some disadvantages, but I do not think these are sufficient to justify the cost of introducing a new type.
