§ Mr. Dodds-ParkerThe Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has told the Swiss representative at Damascus that the Syrian Government will begin the repair of the pipelines as soon as current tension resulting from the presence of foreign troops on Arab soil has diminished following the departure of those troops. Repairs have not yet started.
