§ Mr. Lewisasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will publish in HANSARD the dates upon which he increased the 28W Bank Rate since October, 1951; and the amounts of such increase on each of these dates, together with similar details for increases made in the interest rates charged to local authorities on moneys borrowed from the Local Loans Fund.
