§ Mr. Dodds-ParkerThe importance of co-operation with other Powers in this field is fully recognised by Her Majesty's Government. Arrangements exist for consultation and co-operation with France and other interested countries on economic questions in Africa, through a variety of channels including direct consultations, co-operation in the Organisation for European Economic Cooperation and co-operation on technical matters in the Commission for Technical Co-operation in Africa South of the Sahara.
