As my right hon. Friend the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs explained on Monday in answer to the hon. Members for West Ham, North (Mr. Lewis) and South Ayrshire (Mr. Emrys Hughes), negotiations are continuing in Bonn. I have nothing further to add at present.
