§ 41. Mr. Awberyasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies if he will give an undertaking that he will publish a White Paper or make a report to the House on the negotiations which are now taking place with the Singapore delegation on the constitution immediately they are concluded.
§ Mr. Lennox-BoydI will certainly make a report to the House about the Singapore Constitutional Conference at the appropriate time.
