§ Mr. J. StuartOn the recommendation of the National Joint Council I propose to appoint a Committee to consider the relationship of the various diplomas in technical subjects to each other and to other qualifications.
The National Joint Council, in considering any difficulties that may have arisen through recent salary changes, and in deciding what recommendations to make with regard to salaries for these teachers will take into account the conclusions reached by this Committee.
