§ Major Lloyd-GeorgeSome 800 persons born in the West Indies were enumerated in the 1951 Census as being usually resident in Scotland. For the reasons given in the Answer to the hon. Member for Accrington (Mr. H. Hynd) on 1st March there are no complete statistics of later arrivals, but I am not aware that any substantial parties have come to Scotland with the intention of remaining.
