§ Mr. Lewisasked the Prime Minister to what extent the ruling on Ministers holding directorships and private employment outside of their Ministerial appointment also applies to the holding of stocks and shares; and whether he will introduce the necessary legislation to ensure that when a Member of Parliament is appointed to a Ministerial appointment he shall make a public declaration giving details of the financial interests he has held and relinquished on appointment to Ministerial rank.
