§ Mr. WatkinsonIf what my hon. and gallant Friend has in mind is that a goods vehicle which is subject to a speed limit when carrying goods shall be subject to the same speed limit when empty, provision to cover this point is contained in Clause 34 of the Road Traffic Bill at present before Parliament.
