§ 87. Mr. Blackasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he will take steps to ensure that civil servants, who object on grounds of conscience to Premium Bonds, shall not be required to undertake duties in connection with their issue and sale, and shall not be in any way prejudiced thereby.
