§ 65. Mr. Hector Hughesasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he is aware of the urgent need of the Aberdeen fishing fleet for conversion from coal-burning to oil-burning vessels; and if he will consult with the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food in order to devise means whereby grants may be made available to owners of fishing vessels for this purpose.
