§ 81 and 82. Mr. Swinglerasked the President of the Board of Trade (1) if, in view of the fact that the leaders of the trade unions in the film industry 32W have published a joint statement in reply to the questionnaire of the National Film Finance Corporation, he will now reconsider the question of publishing the Corporation's report to him on the measures necessary to assist the industry;
(2) when he expects to receive the report of the National Film Finance Corporation on the measures necessary to assist the film industry; and if he will make a statement thereon.
§ Mr. Walker-SmithThe Corporation does not expect to be in a position to make a full report before the Recess; but I hope that it will be able to give us its advice on the main issues before them. I have, therefore, no statement to make at present. In regard to the question of publication I have nothing to add to the reply which I gave to the non. Member on 15th May.
